Why are Punjabi gangsters plotting crime from Canada? As per police officials, it is because the Canadian government does not cooperate when it comes to the extradition proceedings.

Notorious gangsters, including Goldy Brar, Arsh Dala, Raman Judge, Rinku Randhawa, Lakhbir Landa, Baba Dalla and Sukha Duneke are all based in Canada.

The recent shootout is a fallout of a gangwar in Canada's Vancouver that left gangster Maninder Dhaliwal and his friend Satinder Gill, a non-gang member, dead.

On May 29, Punjabi singer Sidhu Mooserwala was killed in his village in Mansa. His brutal killer too was planned from Canada by Goldy Brar. Goldy Brar took responsibility for Moosewala's murder and said he had no regrets for ordering the singer's killing.

Who is Meninder Dhaliwal?

29 years old Meninder Dhaliwal is "Brothers Keepers" gang member. He was killing near the Sundial Hotel in Whistler Village on Sunday. The notorious brother’s keepers crew member was famous for waging gangwar and was being intricate in several inter-gang gun firings in Vancouver in recent years.

Dhaliwal, along with his brother Barinder, was on a list of six men, four of them of Indian descent, released last year by the Vancouver Police Department, which called them "gangsters" who "pose a significant risk to the safety of the public". Dhaliwal’s brother Barinder was killed by rival gangsters in April 2021 outside Coal Harbour restaurant. Dhaliwal stabbed the shooter in the eye after chasing him down for some distance. The accused shooter Francois Gauthier was later sentenced to 20 years in prison with no parole.

Who is Satinder Gill or Sat Gill

Satinder Gill was the second person killed at Whistler with gangster Meninder Dhaliwal. Gill was Dhaliwal’s friend, and was not involved in the gang.

Dhaliwal died on the spot while Gill passed away later.

Gill was working as a concrete truck operator and was in Whistler to celebrate his birthday.

Poice have arrested five people in connection with the killing. Two Surrey men have been charged with first-degree murder. The men charged are 24-year-old Gursimran Sahota and 20-year-old Tanvir Khakh.
