Aadesh Srivastava's son Avitesh set to make Bollywood debut with Sirf Ek Friday

An industry stalwart in his own right, Aadesh Srivastava’s demise hit his colleagues and peers hard. It is thus so delightful for the fans of the late music director to see his son take his first steps in the industry.

Aadesh Srivastava’s son Avitesh is all set to make his acting debut with movie Sirf Ek Friday. The first-look poster of the film was unveiled on January 7.

The film is about a young boy who comes from a wealthy background. He decides to follow his mother’s unfulfilled dream of becoming a successful actor and goes through a tedious training which makes him realise the true emotions of life.

Talking about his first break in the industry, Avitesh says, “It’s such a huge honour and privilege for me to be a part of this film. I was deeply moved by the story. It’s the kind of film that takes an actor through a personal journey of self-exploration and that’s so exciting.”

Sharing the first-look poster on Twitter, Amitabh Bachchan welcomed Avitesh and wrote, “Avitesh .. your father Aadesh built some great music creativity .. May you add another feather to his cap… My wishes ever for your launch ..” —TMS
