Rajkummar Rao's action thriller "Maalik" to hit theatres on June 20
Rajkummar Rao is set to showcase a fierce new avatar in Maalik, an action thriller slated for release on June 20, 2025, the makers announced on Saturday.
Directed by Pulkit, known for Bhakshak, the film is produced by Kumar Taurani under Tips Films and Jay Shewakramani’s Northern Lights Films.
“Poore pradesh aur desh pe RAJ karne aa rahe hain MAALIK! @rajkummar_rao in and as #Maalik In Cinemas on 20th June, 2025,” the production house wrote while unveiling the first-look poster. The poster features Rao in an intense, ruthless avatar, hinting at a gripping gangster drama.
Rao, last seen in Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video alongside Triptii Dimri, will also be part of Netflix’s upcoming comedy Toaster.
