Star Plus is all set to bring a show with a concept never seen before. Chikoo Ki Mummy Durr Kei is slated to go on air soon and its promos have become viral already.

Actress Paridhi Sharma, who has been roped-in as the main lead of the show, says, “A mother is a symbol of strength and selfless love. Chikoo Ki Mummy Durr Kei, to me, isn’t just another project, it is an experience and a journey that I have partaken to show viewers the tumultuous emotions of a mother. As an actor and a mother myself, I felt the emotions that my character, Nupur, will undergo are something very strong and powerful. Every nuance, every reaction that my character has evoked on screen is something that I have felt while the story was being narrated to me.”

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.

The Tribune, the largest selling English daily in North India, publishes news and views without any bias or prejudice of any kind. Restraint and moderation, rather than agitational language and partisanship, are the hallmarks of the newspaper. It is an independent newspaper in the real sense of the term.

The Tribune has two sister publications, Punjabi Tribune (in Punjabi) and Dainik Tribune (in Hindi).
