Actress Additi Gupta is a yoga practitioner and believes that yoga is the answer to deal with stress.

Talking about how yoga has helped her, Additi says, “Like anyone, I also have bad days, but I don’t let it get the better of me. In that case I find peace for my mind. I wake one hour early and do yoga which is extremely helpful. It helps me focus on the things I need to do to get through the day. Now, more than ever people are talking about their mental health and it is important that you focus on keeping yourself physically and mentally fit.”

Meanwhile, talking about her New Year’s resolution, Additi says, “I feel New Year resolutions are overrated.”
