The photo-video-sharing-app provides a huge market for brand and advertisers, and celebrity profiles are seen as a great platform for marking and promoting.
Concerning this, Bollywood biggies starting from Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan to Priyanka Chopra, Alia Bhatt are often approached for tie-ups, and they willingly agree to promote by charging a heft fee in return.
Obviously, apart from the paid-posts, these celebs also post personal pictures with family, movies, which doesn’t come with a price tag.
But the one’s that are sponsored comes with a big number.
In Hopper HQ’s annual Instagram Rich List 2019, Priyanka Chopra and cricketer Virat Kohli were the only two Indian celebrities who had made it to the coveted list.

As per GQ report, Alia charges around Rs 1 crore per sponsored post on Instagram.
Shah Rukh Khan – Rs 80 lakh to Rs 1 crore
Bollywood’s Badshah has 22.6 million followers on Instagram. He isn’t as regular with posting, but whenever he does, it becomes a trending topic. He reportedly charges around Rs 80 lakh to Rs 1 crore per sponsored post on Instagram.
Amitabh Bachchan – Rs 40 lakh to Rs 50 lakh
Big B is more active on the microblogging website, Twitter. But, lately, he has been having fun on Instagram with candid pictures and captions.
