Chandigarh, March 21
Rumours of B-town diva Alia Bhatt and actor Ranbir Kapoor separating have been doing the rounds for last two weeks. One of the strongest reasons behind the rumours was the absence of Ranbir at his girlfriend Alia’s birthday celebrations.
But rumour mill went silent after Alia shared a picture on her Instagram account by her “favourite” photographer.
The diva, who is self-quarantined, was seen admiring the sunset. Along with the picture, Alia wrote: “Stay home &… watch the sunset #stayhomestaysafe P.S – credit to my all time fav photographer RK.”
After Alia posted the picture, her sister, Shaheen Bhatt, started pulling her leg.
Shaheen wrote: “So he only takes bad pictures of the rest of us then.”
Replying to Shaheen, the actress’s best friend Akansha Ranjan Kapoor wrote, “Touche (sic).”

Earlier, Alia shared a video in which several Bollywood stars were seen spreading awareness about coronavirus and talking about how it can be prevented. An initiative of Maharashtra government, the video features actors like Amitabh Bachchan, Anil Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit, Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, Varun Dhawan, Ayushmann Khurrana, Akshay Kumar and Ajay Devgn, among others.
Coming back to Alia and Ranbir, the actors have been dating each other for a couple of years. They are often spotted together. Last year, at an award show, Alia declared love for her boyfriend.
After receiving the Best Actress trophy for ‘Raazi’, the actress had some loving words for Ranbir in her thank-you speech.
She said: “Meghna [Director Meghna Gulzar], for me, ‘Raazi’ is you, your blood and sweat. You are my main chick. Vicky [Kaushal], without you, the film wouldn’t be complete. Thank you, my mentor, Karan for being my mentor, father and my fashion police. Tonight is all about love; there, my special one, I love you Ranbir.”
