Ankur Rathee joins the cast of Brochara 2

Voot is set to premiere Season 2 of Brochara on April 18. It’s a slice-of-life show which explores the nuances of male bonding. In Season 2, the fan-favourite quartet will return to the screen as they navigate life, ambitions and relationships together with each other’s unhindered support.

The five-episodic series show is headlined by Amey Wagh, Varun Tewari, and Sayandeep Sengupta.

Joining the cast is Ankur Rathee, playing the role of Abhimanyu. He will add his own flavour to the show. This season is directed by Divyanshu Malhotra.

Talking about joining the cast, Ankur said, “As the new addition to the cast this season, I wondered how I’d gel with their ongoing chemistry. However, within the first day those fears were put to rest. The entire team was so welcoming and the four of us really hit it off from the start! It took no time for our fun on-screen dynamic to make its way into real-life friendships. Life imitating art I guess. I can only hope that audiences give us the same love they showered upon the first season.”
