Another suicide: Sameer Sharma ends his life

While the industry is yet to come to terms with the death of Sushant Singh Rajput, comes another sad news. Sameer Sharma, who played Kuhu’s father in Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke, has committed suicide. He was 44.

Sameer was found hanging from the kitchen ceiling of his residence in Malad. Reportedly, a night duty watchman saw the body hanging on Wednesday and informed the police. Looking at the condition of the body, police suspected that the actor committed suicide two days back.

No suicide note was recovered from the spot. The actor was also part of several other shows, including Jyoti, Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii, Left Right Left and Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon, to name a few.
