Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma has a reason to celebrate this day. It’s on this day nine years back that she played a role that brought her first Filmfare Award. Yes, Bollywood hit ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’ completes 9 years of its release and the actress is happy and nostalgic as she reminisces memories from the film. Sharing a video that has some fun BTS moments with Shah Rukh Khan from the shoot of Jab Tak Hai Jaan, Anushka captioned it, “#9YearsOfJabTakHaiJaan. @yrf #YashChopra #AdityaChopra @iamsrk @katrinakaif.” In the background, a popular dialogue from the film is being played in Shahrukh Khan’s voice, It goes like, ‘Teri aankh ki namkeen mastian, teri hassi ki beparwah gustakhiyaan, teri zulfon ki lehrati angadiyan… nahi bhoolunga main, jab tak hai jaan’. Then follows the famous ‘Challa’ song from the movie.

‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’ is late veteran director Yash Chopra’s last film and you also get to see him in the video. The film is written by Yash Chopra’s son and filmmaker Aditya Chopra and features some romantic songs penned by Gulzar. The music was composed by AR Rahman.
While Katrina Kaif and Shahrukh Khan played the lead roles, Anushka was the second lead in the romantic drama.
