Bhakti Rathod on her character in Pushpa

Bhakti Rathod, who is playing Sonal in Sony SAB’s show Pushpa, opened up about her role in a recent interaction.

She says, “This story is not just about a woman but of an ideology that the show serves to our nation and that too in a format so unique. My character’s USP is her shaded attitude, her positivity wrapped with toughness and the no self-pity approach. Her well-measured compassion makes her very real and authentic.”

Bhakti adds, “Before going for the shoot, I have a process which helps me prepare for the role. It is a secret thing but I assure you I work with it day and night to bring out best results. She has so many positive qualities. I hope as the story unfolds, the audience will see how beautiful Sonal’s journey is.”
