Beat the stress

A few years ago, I found myself in a situation where I believed everything was over. Despite having people around me, I was unable to come our of it. Eventually, I realised that maybe they were right. I listened to them, set aside my thoughts, trusted God, and emerged from that challenging situation.

All about attitude

I have received positive vibes sometimes from trees, sometimes from people and sometimes from movies. For instance, when I was traveling abroad and felt utterly hopeless staying at my friend’s house. So, I engaged in simple chores and watched sunsets, which brought a lot of positivity into my life. It also made me realise that you don’t always have to actively seek solutions; sometimes, it’s okay to let things flow. It’s all about your attitude and how you welcome things in life.

Ray of hope

Rahul Sharma

In 2017, I was in a state of depression; things were falling apart, there was no work, and I also went through a break-up. During that particular time, I clung to positivity and a ray of hope that enabled me to bounce back. It was a year during which I underwent a physical transformation, followed by a mental transformation. I dedicated myself to continuous work.

Never give up

One should live life with positivity. When I started my career, I met with an accident, fractured my leg, and underwent operations. Plates were inserted into my leg, and, initially, I believed I would recover. However, after six months, I had to undergo another operation and was quite depressed, thinking I would never become an actor. During that challenging time, I realised I had to fight for myself because if I didn’t, even the universe wouldn’t help me overcome it. I maintained optimism and positivity. Today, I am an actor with over 20 years of experience!

Nurture optimism

When I first came to Mumbai, I was willing to take on short roles. Despite being a trained actor with experience in theatre and television in Delhi, I wasn’t confident about securing lead roles in front of the camera. However, I maintained optimism. That worked and the rest, as they say, is history.

Work is worship

Ansh Bagri

In life, we face situations that make us feel sad, such as when we don’t achieve the desired result or experience challenges within the family. When I feel down, I focus on my work, as it brings positivity into my life. I consciously think about positive things and envision success. Putting in hard work for my goals gives me a sense of positivity.

Only one life

Jigna Vora

Irrespective of any situation, we should cultivate a positive mindset. Many incidents in my life have depressed me, but then I always thought I had only one life. If I gave up, there would not be any purpose left. For instance, the environment in jail was extremely negative. However, I learnt silence there, gained a lot of patience, and, most importantly, I stopped judging people, learnt to accept them as they are.

Never lose hope

Rinku Dhawan

Everyone should remain positive and never lose hope. I have faced many difficult moments — financial difficulties, emotional struggles, and a lot of stress — but I never lost hope. Yes, I faced troubles to the extent that there was no cooking oil to make food at home! But I never gave up. Have faith in the supreme power you believe in because low phases are teachers in life. Don’t lose heart and never let yourself break.
