In Sony TV’s show Vighnaharta Ganesh, actress Lavina Tandon is seen essaying the role of Mira Bai. A devotee of Lord Krishna, Mira Bai worshipped him religiously and her world revolved around him. Lavina is seen dressed in a yellow saree and accompanying her is the traditional stringed instrument called the Ektara.
Elaborating on her look in the show, Lavina says, “To bring out the character, I am seen in a yellow-coloured saree with intricate flower jewelry. I also carry an instrument called Ektara that Mira Bai used to play. I believe along with delivering dialogues, looks also play an important role.
