What is unique abut Lockdown Ki Love Story?

The show focuses on the turmoil in a couple’s marriage amidst the lockdown.

Do you relate with your character Dhruv?

I play Dhruv in Lockdown Ki Love Story. We both find peace and calm in music. He is compassionate and humble like me.

Any special preparation for the role?

My character in the show speaks Allahabadi dialect since he is based out of Prayaraj. So I worked hard on it.

Can you tell us about your bond with co-stars Sana Sayaad and Jayati Bhatia?

Sana is a lovely, talented and positive girl. She is someone who is open to learning. Working with Jayatiji is like a dream come true. She is a wonderful human being and an actor.

Were you sceptical about shooting in these challenging times?

It was not that challenging, as we all were more excited to be back shooting after sitting at home for four months.

How was the experience of shooting in the new normal?

It feels great to finally get back to work. I am someone who cannot stay away from shooting and sets for long. However, we follow all safety norms.

Having explored different genres, which one did you enjoy the most?

I love daily soaps, as I get to dramatise all emotions and the story lines are also quite relatable. I absolutely enjoy every bit of my time on the sets, which makes me enjoy my work all the more.
