Uncertainty is the only certainty in our life. Mental health plays a pivotal role in living a healthy and balanced life and it’s important to address issues related to mental health.

Many celebrities have started speaking out on this subject making it more relatable and real. Actress Jyoti Saxena has now opened up on the same and says, “I lost my father three years ago, that was the lowest point of our life. I was lost, sad, angry, upset, and depressed. I was not sure how to deal with the loss. Death is the only certainty for each of us, but we are never prepared for the loss of a loved one and we do not know how to deal with it. The mental scars are very deep and take a long time to heal.”

She adds, “In memory of my father, I got myself inked for the very first time. I have ‘Papa’ written on my right wrist. It reminds me of all the good times we had.”
