Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon’s ‘Shehzada’ has been among the most-anticipated movies. For all the fans who were waiting for the movie, this may not be good news. The makers have pushed its release to 2023.

Kartik Aaryan updated his fan about the postponement of the film on social media. He wrote. “Shehzada Returns Home Feb 10th 2023.”

Even trade analyst Taran Adarsh announced that the movie will now hit the big screen on February 10, 2023. Shehzada was earlier slated to release on November 4 this year.

Now, this also means that Kartik and Kriti Sanon’s upcoming movie will clash with Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, which features Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi and Jaya Bachchan.

There were reports of a fallout between Kartik Aaryan and Karan Johar. Dharma Productions had announced recasting for its upcoming Dostana 2, which originally starred Kartik and Jahnvi Kapoor. It was said that Kartik’s ‘unprofessionalism’ led to the circumstances.

Coming back to the film, Shehzada is Kartik’s second collaboration with Kriti Sanon. The two previously shared screen in 2019 movie Luka Chuppi. The movie is directed by Rohit Dhawan and also stars Paresh Rawal, Rohit Bose Roy, Manisha Koirala, Sachin Khedkar and Ankur Rathee in key roles. Shehzada is the official Hindi remake of Allu Arjun’s Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo.
