Know Alma Hussein’s fitness mantra

While shooting for her television show keeps Alma Hussein busy most of the time, the actress ensures that she takes out time to exercise, as she is very particular about her fitness and diet. Alma Hussein says, “Fitness means being happy from within and feeling healthy. No matter what activity you do, be it running or exercising, it is bound to make you fitter if it gives you a sense of satisfaction.”

She adds, “I always try to keep a tab on the portion of whatever I eat. A healthy and balanced diet is crucial as our body needs several nutrients to stay fit. I fuel myself with a heavy breakfast and lunch, and, more importantly, keep my body hydrated by drinking lots of water. I generally don’t work-out daily since I have a very hectic schedule at shoots. It is three-four days a week that I try to catch up with my workout session.”
