After Rhea Chakraborty’s arrest by Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Tuesday, the film fraternity came together virtually and demanded justice for her. A quote that read, “Roses are red, violets are blue, let’s smash patriarchy, me and you” along with the hashtag #JusticeForRhea was shared by several Bollywood stars, including Vidya Balan, Sonam Kapoor, Richa Chadha, Anurag Kashyap, Shibani Dandekar, Dia Mirza, Pulkit Samrat, Farhan Akhtar, Zoya Akhtar, Abhay Deol, Huma Qureshi, among others. The quote was written on Rhea’s black t-shirt, which she had donned on Tuesday, the day when she was sent to 14-day judicial custody.

Meanwhile, film producer Nikhil Dwivedi has shared his wish to work with Rhea. Taking to Twitter after Rhea’s arrest, Nikhil wrote, “#Rhea I didn’t know you. I don’t know what kind of a person you are. May be you are as bad as you are being made out to be. May be you are not. What I do know is that how it’s all played out for you is unfair, unlawful and not how civilised countries behave. When all this is over we would like to work with you.”
