The term ‘nepotism’ often pops up in the context of newcomers in Bollywood. Now, Nia Sharma has shared her experience on nepotism. In a recent media interaction, Nia slammed those who claim that she isn’t ready for Bollywood as she said, “Somebody has the audacity to tell me that I am not ready for Bollywood and when you see a Bollywood star kid’s face, are they ready? Have they seen them? I am Please don’t tell me I am not ready or I look a certain way or I have to shape up.”

She also shared the time when she met a filmmaker who underestimated her skills because she began her career with TV. “There was a meeting for a part in Manikarnika. It was a stupid conversation. I didn’t go again. Kuch faayda nahi tha uss conversation ka, it was a waste of time.
