With increased body shaming posts being reported online, film stars and actors have started hitting back at those who indulge in it with ferocity. The latest is popular Punjabi actress Neeru Bajwa.

The Pollywood actress had posted a picture of her in a swimsuit on Instagram recently and a nasty comment by one of her fans incensed her. The actress responded through an Insta post in a polite manner, putting across her point of view forcefully. She also mentioned that it was her husband who had clicked her photo.

The post drew instant admiration from her fans and logged almost 90K likes. Many of her fans gave thumbs up to her post.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.

The Tribune, the largest selling English daily in North India, publishes news and views without any bias or prejudice of any kind. Restraint and moderation, rather than agitational language and partisanship, are the hallmarks of the newspaper. It is an independent newspaper in the real sense of the term.
