Celesti Bairagey, who has been part of the show Rajjo as well as Amazon Mini TV series Amber Girls School, says it is very important to manage criticism well. “I see constructive criticism as a gift. It’s a chance to refine my skills and gain new perspectives. I take feedback seriously, reflect on it, and use it to enhance my future performances. Growth happens outside of our comfort zone, and feedback helps me push those boundaries,” she says.

Ask her how she contributes to a positive and collaborative work environment on the sets, and she says, “On the sets, I believe in the power of teamwork. I always bring a positive attitude, respect everyone’s contribution, and stay open to ideas. A collaborative environment makes the magic happen.”
