The 39-second teaser offers a sneak peek into a suspenseful tale unfolding over a single evening. Billed as a Hitchcock-style thriller laced with sharp dark humour, the teaser opens with a mysterious trunk that triggers a series of chilling events. What begins as light-hearted banter among the characters quickly descends into darker, more dangerous territory.

Joining Dugal and Mathur in the cast are Paresh Pahuja and Tanmay Dhanania.

UK using a single-lens technique — a first for mainstream Indian cinema. It has already garnered international attention with screenings at various film festivals, including its world premiere in Melbourne and a showcase at Razor Reel Flanders, Europe’s largest genre film festival.

Jha also won the Best Director award at the UK Asian Film Festival in 2024 for the film.

Lord Curzon Ki Haveli is produced by Golden Ratio Films and First Ray Films, and presented by Max Marketing Limited. The screenplay is written by Bikas Mishra. The story explores themes of identity and belonging while blending suspense, satire, and historical undertones.

The film is slated to release in cinemas on October 10, setting up a box office clash with Varun Dhawan’s Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari, which releases on October 2.
