“Whenever I get to do something different, try something out of my comfort zone, I get many chances. Recently, I played the Artificial Intelligence (AI) version of Angoori and I have explored as an actor,” says the Havan actress. Shubhangi thinks every medium has its own set of audience. The urban population is into OTT, and rural and townships are into TV or films.

“Mediums do not matter to me. I love doing my job, that is to act. “Angoori is a beautiful character. It’s a treat for an actor,” she says.

Calling comedy a serious business, Shubhangi adds, “No matter what is happening in your life you have to make people laugh. To making people cry is easy. I have done family drama and very emotional scenes also. But now I realise that making people laugh is not easy.”
