Swapan Sett graces the stage of Superstar Singer 2

The upcoming episode of Sony Entertainment Television’s kids singing reality show Superstar Singer 2 will be extra special in its true sense! The show will celebrate ‘senior citizens’ who have outdone their age and surprised everyone with their achievements and choice of lifestyle in the Junior Citizen Special episode today.

In the special episode, the show will host Swapan Sett, a painter, sculptor and violinist who helped his wife tide over cancer with his musical talent. The inspiring 77-year-old recently took over the digital space with a video of him playing his violin on the street of Kolkata. This iconic personality will be seen gracing the stage of Superstar Singer 2 along with his wife.

Swapan says, “I am extremely delighted and grateful to be here and I am really thankful to Superstar Singer 2 for inviting me. I started playing the violin during my college days and never in my wildest dreams, did I think that I would be on such a huge stage in front of such wonderful personalities. For me work is worship and I gain energy from it and, today as I am here amidst all of you, I feel even more energetic.”
