Tanya Sharma becomes a pahadi bride in Zee TV’s show Qurbaan Hua

Actress Tanya Sharma, who plays the role of Kashmira in Zee TV’s Qurbaan Hua, dolls up in a red ghagra-choli for her pahadi wedding in the show. The traditional kundan jewellery along the head gear, also known as matha-patti, along with the haath-phool and the nathni only enhanced the pahadi essence and authenticity.

Tanya says, “I was extremely excited to wear this authentic pahadi wedding attire. The lehenga is extremely vibrant, and the jewellery indeed enhanced the look. The feeling of dressing up like a pahadi bride was surreal.”

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
