Jai Hanuman, a pan-India mythological epic would star Rishab Shetty as Lord Hanuman in his first mythological role. Directed by Prasanth Varma, the project blends traditional Indian mythology with cutting-edge cinematic techniques. Backed by producers Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar, the film aims to celebrate Indian heritage and spiritual devotion through powerful storytelling and high production values.

Bhushan Kumar, whose T-Series label is renowned for devotional content including said, “With Jai Hanuman we step into large-scale, culturally rooted storytelling.”

Director Prasanth Varma called the film a “dream project,” adding, “Jai Hanuman is not just a film — it’s a tribute to strength, courage and devotion.”

Jai Hanuman promises to be a magnum opus celebrating one of India’s most beloved deities.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.

The Tribune, the largest selling English daily in North India, publishes news and views without any bias or prejudice of any kind. Restraint and moderation, rather than agitational language and partisanship, are the hallmarks of the newspaper. It is an independent newspaper in the real sense of the term.

The Tribune has two sister publications, Punjabi Tribune (in Punjabi) and Dainik Tribune (in Hindi).
