Actor-producer Sohum Shah has teamed up with Pen Studios, led by Jayantilal Gada, to bring the highly anticipated sequel to his cult horror hit Tumbbad. Announcing the collaboration on Instagram, Sohum said his production house, Sohum Shah Films, has joined forces with Pen Studios to deliver a cinematic experience that promises to push creative boundaries. “We are excited to announce Sohum Shah Films joins hands with Pen Studios, led by the esteemed powerhouse Dr Jayantilal Gada, for the next chapter in the Tumbbad universe. With this collaboration, Tumbbad 2 becomes not just a film but a promise to together push boundaries, celebrate storytelling and deliver an unforgettable cinematic experience. The journey begins! #Tumbbad2,” he wrote.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.

The Tribune, the largest selling English daily in North India, publishes news and views without any bias or prejudice of any kind. Restraint and moderation, rather than agitational language and partisanship, are the hallmarks of the newspaper. It is an independent newspaper in the real sense of the term.

The Tribune has two sister publications, Punjabi Tribune (in Punjabi) and Dainik Tribune (in Hindi).
