I do what my heart says
Sneha Namnandi
When someone asks me what I wish to be, I always tell them I want to be happy. I am a spontaneous and organic person. Whatever comes to my heart, I instantly do it if it doesn’t harm someone. Coffee and my dogs make me happy. Being calm and composed is the key. Anger and frustration are going to pull you down. Rather be happy and float.

No pent-up feelings
Sharad Malhotra
For me, taking care of my heart means living a good life with my wife, pet and also seeing my parents happy. Life is all about loving your family. One must express what is in one’s heart. Bottling up feelings and emotions is surely not good for your heart and mental health, as both are connected. Being happy means following your heart.

Just do it
Vivian Dsena
Heart is all that matters! Fitness is just not physical but mental too. One must count one’s blessings. What makes you happy, just do it. My idea of happiness is to spend time with my family. I feel happy even when I am alone, drinking coffee. All I can say is eat healthy, think healthy and feel healthy.

For daily dose of happiness
Prateik Chaudhary
Good health needs a disciplined routine. I start my day early, around 4:30-5 am, finish my acting riyaz, then workout, have healthy food and go off to shoot. I also go for a run when I feel like it. Spending time with my family, being with them is my daily dose of happiness. This is my daily routine for the last couple of years.

Small things matter
Delnaaz Irani
I have always given importance to the peace of mind. It is really important and I have learnt it the hard way. I find happiness in the smallest of things like reading a newspaper while sipping a hot cup of tea every morning, going out for panipuri with Percy (partner), putting flowers in the vase that add colour to our living space… Anything that gives me complete stress-free moment and peace of mind, makes me smile from my heart.

Friends & family time
Harssh A Singh
I believe that happiness has to be balanced with moments of struggle or you would not appreciate happiness at all. So, happiness and peace in life must be thoroughly enjoyed so that you are ready to face disappointments when and if they come. I make sure that I meet my close friends regularly and have a good laugh with them.
