Sonakshi Batra believes that her new show Jagadhatri will deeply resonate with viewers for its raw emotions and real-life relatability. “People will connect on a personal level because the emotions in Jagadhatri are so real — it’s about family, love, betrayal, faith and strength,” says Sonakshi. “Everyone will see a bit of themselves or someone they know in this story. That’s what makes it special.”

She adds that the show beautifully blends action and emotion. “There’s so much drama and energy in every episode. The most exciting part is that the female lead is doing all the action — which is rare and refreshing. Every episode ends with a new twist or cliffhanger, so there’s always something to look forward to.”

Sonakshi also touches on the larger message of the show. “Life always throws challenges, but if you have love, self-belief and inner strength, you can overcome anything. Har ek rishte mein pyaar zaroori hai, and it’s love that keeps us grounded and helps us grow.” Expressing gratitude for the creative team, she adds, “Working with Rahul sir has been wonderful. He’s creative, clear in his vision, and always supportive of his team. The environment is so positive that it feels like family.”
