AMIDST the festival season, the closure of flight operations at the Shaheed Bhagat Singh International Airport, Chandigarh, from October 26 (1 am) to November 7 (11.59 pm), is set to affect the travel plans of thousands of passengers. This is also the time when NRIs generally head home in the winter season.
