There were moments of bonhomie between the two teams in Dubai on Sunday as Pakistan inflicted a crushing defeat on India in their first encounter in the T20 World Cup.
Mohammad Rizwan and Babar Azam made a mockery of the Indian total of 151 as Pakistan romped home with quite a few balls to spare.

Pakistan won the match by 10 wickets riding high on a scintillating spell by their left-hand pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi.
Indian captain Virat Kohli hugged Rizwan after Pakistan won the match. Later, young Pakistani players were seen hovering around Indian team mentor Mahendra Singh Dhoni.
So it was not all acrimony on the field and there were pleasant moments between the players of the two teams, the present political climate between the two countries notwithstanding.
Fans later took to social media lauding Kohli’s gesture.
