A FRIEND got rather annoyed with me when I finished the gravy in her chicken curry with my dosa, leaving her with just the pieces. I plead guilty for I am a curry man. Even when we have our Sunday mutton curry, cooked with some juicy potatoes, it is the curry (apart from the potato) that gladdens my heart.
