He reviewed district-wise projects and made it clear that negligence, delays, or compromise on quality in construction would not be tolerated. He said the condition of roads reflected the development of a state and the road network would be strengthened.

Officials informed the minister that a target had been set to repair 6,500 km of roads, of which tenders for about 80% had been completed. The minister directed that the remaining processes be expedited to ensure timely completion.

Gangwa instructed that work on widening around 3,500 km of roads to 18 ft should be carried out at a fast pace, which would improve both traffic flow and road safety. Discussions were also held on buildings to be constructed under the CM's announcements.

He expressed displeasure over the performance of newly recruited beldars (support staff), noting that despite being educated, they were not active at work. He directed officials to submit a report on their performance within 15 days and ensure all workers wore uniforms and reported on time.

He also instructed that departmental work, in addition to contractor-led projects, should be accelerated. He announced that he would inspect project sites and take action in case of negligence. Expressing concern over road safety, he directed that all broken or damaged signboards across the state be repaired or replaced immediately. He added that transparency in the tender process must be ensured to maintain public trust in the government.
