CCTV cameras installed in Chandigarh's Sector 45
Member of Parliament (MP) Manish Tewari inaugurated CCTV cameras installed in public places of Sector 45 C and D, which fall under Ward No. 34 of the Chandigarh Municipal Corporation.
The cameras were funded through the Member of Parliament Local Area Development Fund. The inauguration was held in the presence of Chandigarh Pradesh Congress Committee President HS Lucky, Area Councillor Gurpreet Singh Gabi, Dilawar Singh and senior citizens of the ward.
Speaking on the occasion, area councillor Gurpreet Singh Gabi and local residents expressed his gratitude to MP Manish Tewari for helping install the CCTV cameras using his development fund.
Gabi further apprised MP Tewari of the parking issues in Sector 45 and Burail Market, requesting a multistorey parking facility in Sector 45 D.
