New VC appointed at Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak
Professor Anita Saxena, a cardiologist at the All-India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, has been appointed as Vice-Chancellor of the Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak. She will succeed Prof OP Kalra. University Chancellor and Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatreya, in a notification issued here, said she had been appointed for three years. TNS
IAS officer gets addl charge of Chief Executive Officer
Chandigarh: The state government on Friday transferred IAS officer Saket Kumar, who is the Director General and Secretary, Industries and Commerce Department; Adviser and Secretary, Civil Aviation Department; and Managing Director, Haryana Medical Services Corporation. He has been given the additional charge of Chief Executive Officer, Ayushman Bharat, Haryana Health Protection Authority. TNS
