Haryana: 13,000 Group D posts to be filled via HSSC

Chandigarh, January 29

Chief Secretary Sanjeev Kaushal has directed various departmental officers to upload details of vacant Group D posts on a portal developed by Haryana Knowledge Corporation Limited within three days.

He was presiding over a meeting of senior officials of various departments here today. District officials joined through video conferencing. The Director General of the Human Resources Department has been nominated as the appointing authority.

Kaushal said the Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) would fill over 13,000 Group D posts, including 500 in various boards and corporations. Requisition letters had been sent to the commission by various departments to fill vacancies. There would be a common cadre of these employees, who would be deployed across various departments and districts.

He directed the administrative secretaries and heads of departments to resend requisitions to the commission, ensuring consistency in the number of posts requested.
