13 IPS, 5 HPS officers transferred

The Haryana Government has transferred 13 Indian Police Service (IPS) and five Haryana Police Service (HPS) officers with immediate effect.
Five IFS officers promoted
The Haryana Governor has promoted five Indian Forest Service (IFS) officers from the rank of Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (PCCF) to PCCF in Level-16 of pay matrix. The five officers included 1989-batch IFS officer G Raman, 1990-batch officers Suresh Dalal and Vinod Kumar, and 1991-batch officers Dr Vivek Saxena and KC Meena. Dr Saxena being on central deputation has been given proforma promotion.
IPS officer Alok Kumar Roy has been posted as Director General of Police (DGP), HR and Litigation, while Sanjeev Kumar Jain has been transferred as DGP, Haryana Human Rights Commission.
Mamta Singh is now the Additional Director General of Police (ADGP), State Crime Branch, while ADGP Amitabh Singh Dhillon is now overall in-charge of the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB), replacing Shatrujeet Kapur. Dhillon will also hold the charge of ADGP, Modernisation and Welfare.
The 1997-batch IPS officer Sanjay Kumar will be the ADGP, Law and Order. He will hold the charge of ADGP Administration, too.
Sangeeta Kalia has been posted as DIG, IRB Bhondsi, Gurugram.
Rajesh Duggal has been transferred as Joint Commissioner of Police, Gurugram, while Nitish Aggarwal will be the Superintendent of Police (SP), State Crime Branch.
Arsh Verma has been transferred as SP, Mahendragarh, while Amit Yashvardhan will be the ADC to the Governor with additional charge of SP, Lokayukta.
Kuldeep Kumar has been posted as DCP, NIT-Faridabad, and Himadree Kaushik will hold the charge of Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), Panchkula, in place of Sumer Pratap Singh, who is going to Chandigarh on deputation.
Sonakshi Singh is going as ASP, Nuh.
Among the HPS officers, Usha Devi will hold the charge of DCP, Traffic, Faridabad; Anil Kumar is posted as DCP, Ballabgarh; and Pankhuri Kumar has been given the charge of SP, Haryana State Narcotics Control Bureau. Pooja Dabla has been transferred as SP, State Crime Branch, and Pardeep Kumar is the Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), Nuh.
