18 IAS officers shifted by Haryana Government; Prasad ACS (Home)

The state government on Wednesday issued posting and transfer orders of 18 IAS officers. TVSN Prasad, Additional Chief Secretary (ACS), Finance, Chief Resident Commissioner, Haryana Bhawan, New Delhi, and ACS, Cooperation, has been posted as the ACS, Home, Jails, Criminal Investigation and Administration of Justice, Nodal Officer for Covid for coordination with all stakeholders, Chief Resident Commissioner, Haryana Bhawan, New Delhi and ACS, Cooperation.

Ankur Gupta, ACS, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, has been posted as ACS, PWD and Civil Aviation.

Anurag Rastogi, ACS, Excise and Taxation, has been posted AC, Finance and and Excise and Taxation.

Anand Mohan Sharan, ACS, Higher Educatiion, has been posted as ACS, Industries and Commerce and Information Technology Electronics and Communication.

Vineet Garg, ACS, Social Justice and Empowerment and Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes, has been posted as ACS, Forests and Wildlife.

Anil Malik, ACS, Housing for All and Information Technology, Electronics and Communication, has been posted as ACS, Housing for All and Development and Panchayats Department.

G Anupama, ACS, Women and Child Development and Medical Education and Research, has been posted as Chief Administrator, Trade Fair Authority of Haryana, New Delhi, and ACS, Health and Family Welfare. AK Singh, ACS, Public Health Engineering, Forests and Wildlife, has been posted as ACS, Public Health Engineering, Irrigation and Water Resources.

Arun Kumar Gupta, Principal Secretary (PS), Haryana Urban Local Bodies and Haryana Skill Development and Industrial Training, has been posted as PS, Urban Local Bodies and Town and Country Planning. Vijayendra Kumar, PS, Industries and Commerce, been posted as PS, Higher Education.

D Suresh, PS, Art and Cultural Affairs, has been posted as PS, Art and Cultural Affairs, Fisheries, Haryana Monitoring and Coordination Department and Haryana Administrative Reforms.

Rajeev Ranjan, Commissioner, Gurugram Division and Commissioner, Rohtak Division, has been posted as Secretary, Social Justice and Empowerment, Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes Department and Skill Development and Industrial Training Department.

Pankaj Agarwal, Secretary, Haryana Administrative Reforms and Animal Husbandry and Dairying, has been posted as Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs. Pankaj Yadav, Secretary, Social Justice and Empowerment, has been posted as Secretary, Animal Husbandry and Dairying.

Vijay Singh Dahiya, Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs and Chief Executive Officer, Ayushman Bharat Haryana Health Protection Authority, has been posted as Secretary, Haryana Medical Education and Research.

Amneet P Kumar, Managing Director, Haryana Scheduled Castes, Finance and Development Corporation and Director General, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises has been posted as Secretary, Women and Child Development Department.

Vikas Yadav, Secretary, Hospitality, has been posted as Secretary, Irrigation and Water Resources in addition to his present duties. Vinay Singh, Secretary, Sainik and Ardh Sainik Welfare will also hold the charge of Secretary, Home-I Department.

Other transfers

Among other IAS officers who have been shuffled is Anurag Rastogi, Additional Chief Secretary, Excise and Taxation Department, who has been posted as Additional Chief Secretary, Finance and Planning Departments.
