2 arrested for murdering 15-yr-old

Cracking the mystery behind the murder of a 15-year-old boy, the Gurugram police has arrested two persons. The main accused revealed that he suspected that the boy had illicit relations with his wife. He admitted that, along with his friend, he injected intoxicants into his body and then strangulated him with a rope.

According to the police, on September 26, the Pataudi police station received information about the murder of a 15-year-old Tushar in Khalilpur village. The police team reached the spot, the fingerprints team inspected the spot and the police team took the body in its custody.

According to the complaint, filed by the father of the deceased, his son had left home for a walk on the evening of September 25 but he did not return home. He searched for him extensively but did not find his son. On September 26, when he reached the Khalilpur Ghilawas dam in his search, he found his dead body with injury marks on his neck. He informed the police and an FIR was registered against the unknown accused.

The team of crime unit, Farrukhnagar, led by sub inspector Manoj Kumar arrested two accused from Chilhar village in Rewari. The accused were identified as Amit Kumar (28) and his friend, Tarun alias Joni (29), both residents of Khalilpur village.

“During interrogation, the main accused Amit revealed that he had suspected that Tushar was having an illicit relationship with his wife. Due to this, he took Tushar with him near the dam, where along with his friend Tarun, alias Jony, he first injected intoxicants into Tushar and then strangled him to death with a rope,” said Manoj Kumar, ACP crime-II.
