2 bikers killed in accident
Gurugram: Two youths were killed and two were seriously injured in an accident near the Kiranki turn on the Sohna-Faridabad road on Sunday. While Arjun and his brother Sunil were on their way for a wedding ceremony, Nadeem was going to Sohna with his friend Parvez. Their motorcycles collided as they lost balance after a dog suddenly came on the road. Nadeem and Arjun, who were riding the two bikes, died on the spot, while pillion-riders Parvez and Sunil were seriously injured. An FIR was registered at the Sohna city police station. OC
Three arrested for extortion
Gurugram: The Gurugram police arrested three persons for allegedly extorting money in return for setting up a vegetable cart and threatening to kill victims if they did not pay the money. According to the police, the arrested individuals have been identified as Paras (alias Kalu) of Palra village, Narender of Gairatpur Bas and Harish of Khandsa village in Gurugram.
