About the modus operandi, the SP said that on a tip-off, a racket involved in the illegal sale and purchase of mobile phones was active in the city. The special cyber cell arrested both accused. The accused said they had created cloning of android apps and used to purchase mobile phones through apps on fake IDs. Later, they used to sell these phones without bills in Delhi without bills and other parts of the state, the SP said.
