2 held with stolen bikes
Yamunanagar, March 7
A team of the Anti Vehicle Theft Cell of Yamunanagar district police has arrested two persons and recovered three stolen motorcycles from their possession.
The accused have been identified as Jitender, alias Jittu, of Nagal village and Naman Bansal of Sarsawa town of Saharanpur district (Uttar Pradesh).
Sukhwinder Rana, in charge of the cell, said the accused were produced in a court at Jagadhri today which sent them to judicial custody.
He said they got information that two persons would soon go to Uttar Pradesh via Kalanaur village of Yamunanagar district to sell a stolen motorcycle. He said they nabbed the said persons near Kalanaur village.
