Rs 27-cr nod to Ateli Assembly for strengthening of roads
The Ateli Assembly constituency has received approval from the Public Works Department for the construction and strengthening of 27 roads. These projects, planned for 2025–26, will be constructed at a cost of Rs 27.12 crore.
Health Minister Arti Singh Rao said this was a major step toward strengthening the basic infrastructure of Ateli region. It would improve transportation, boost development, and give a new push to local economic and social activities.
Under the leadership of Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, the state government is working to improve the road network. As part of the effort, approximately Rs 27 crore has been allocated specifically for strengthening and repair of roads in the Ateli constituency. Once these road projects are completed, the residents of Ateli will benefit from the development, she added.
Rao said the government was committed to the development of every region and was working to upgrade infrastructure. The state had taken several key steps that would help promote growth.
