28-yr-old Kaithal woman selected for UNESCO

Divya Sharma (28), a resident of Kalayat town in Kaithal, has been selected as an education policy and research consultant at the UNESCO headquarters in Paris.

Her father Mukesh Sharma, Chief Technical Officer in Civil Hospital Kalayat, confirmed her selection and said that it was a proud moment for the family.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
