A sitting MP, several MLAs and former ministers figure in the list of office-bearers of the ruling BJP, which was released by party president Om Prakash Dhankar here on Tuesday.

While Sunita Duggal, Sirsa MP, and Mahipal Dhanda, Panipat (Rural) MLA, figure in the list of vice-presidents; former state ministers Kavita Jain and Manish Grover; former Deputy Speaker Santosh Yadav; Thakur Vikram Singh and GL Sharma will be other vice-presidents.

Ved Pal has been retained as the general secretary while Mohan LaL Badoli, MLA, and Pawan Saini have been named as the general secretaries.

Sitting legislator Satya Prakash Jrawata; Renu Bhatia; Ravinder Baliala; Saroj Sihag and Surinder Arya will be new secretaries.

Palwal MLA Deepak Mangla will be the new treasurer while Gulshan Bhatia has been retained as the office secretary. Kamal Awasthi will be the co-office secretary.

Meanwhile, former state minister Krishan Lal Panwar will be the head of the SC cell while another minister, Karan Dev Kamboj, will head the Backward Classes cell. The kisan cell will be headed by Sukhvinder Sheoran and the youth wing by Rahul Rana.

The minority cell will be headed by Naseem Ahmed.

Sumitra Chauhan, a former chief of the Haryana Mahila Congress, who joined the BJP before the 2019 state Assembly elections, will head the BJP Mahila Morcha.
