A female attendant and two students of Ryan School were injured when a school minibus overturned after being hit by a dumper in Sector 69 here. An FIR was registered against the dumper driver at the Badshahpur police station.

According to the police, the incident took place in the morning when the bus had reached near the Noorpur turn and a dumper coming from Palda village rammed into the vehicle. Following the collision, the bus overturned. Two children and a female attendant were also in the bus.

All of them got trapped inside as the bus had overturned. Hearing the screams of the children, people came to rescue them. The injured were immediately taken to a private hospital. Meanwhile, the dumper driver fled away, leaving the vehicle on the spot.

A senior police official said an FIR was registered against him and they were investigating the matter.
