Dr BR Ambedkar National Law University Vice-Chancellor Ashok Kumar has said he would make continuous efforts to fulfil the responsibility entrusted to him by the state government for the progress of the university.
Interacting with mediapersons, Kumar said a five-year BA-LLB course was offered by the university, and a three-year law course would begin from the next session.
He said the university was gearing up to equip students with efficient practical training through professors of practice and experts from the industry under the New Education Policy. He added that a 1500-seat auditorium would be constructed at the university at an approximate cost of Rs 59 crore. He said a statue of Swami Vivekananda would also be unveiled on the Foundation Day of the university — April 26.
He added that every effort would be made to take the law university to new heights.
