300 complaints resolved in Yamunanagar MC’s Samadhan Shivirs
As many as 300 complaints have been resolved in Samadhan Shivirs held by Municipal Corporation, Yamunanagar-Jagadhri.
The MC authorities have so far received 364 complaints in the Samadhan Shivirs, which were started by the MC authorities on October 22.
According to information, on the instructions of the Haryana Government, Samadhan Shivirs are organised every working day in the MC offices located in Jagadhri and Yamunanagar to resolve the MC-related problems of residents.
“In Samadhan Shivirs, people’s problems are being heard and resolved. So far, nearly 364 complaints have been received, of which roughly 300 complaints have been resolved,” said MC Commissioner Ayush Sinha.
He said among the 364 complaints received in the till Friday, a number of complaints were not related to the MC. He further said such complaints had been cancelled and the MC officials were investigating the remaining pending
complaints.
He said those were such complaints that required documents, inspection of the spot and investigation, therefore after investigation, those complaints were also resolved. He said he had directed the officials to resolve the pending complaints as soon as possible.
One complaint was received on Friday that could not be resolved due to some technical reason. While giving instructions to the officers, Ayush Sinha said the officers should take every complaint received in the Samadhan Shivirs seriously and resolve them as soon as possible. He said the officers should ensure the resolution of pending complaints before the stipulated time limit.
