In a major administrative reshuffle, the Haryana Government has issued transfer and posting orders for 31 IAS and 5 HCS officers, affecting key departments across the state.
Raja Sekhar Vundru, Additional Chief Secretary (ACS), Agriculture & Farmers’ Welfare, has been posted as ACS, Fisheries. Vineet Garg, ACS, Higher Education, will now also handle School Education.
Vijayendra Kumar is the new ACS, Cooperation. D Suresh, Principal Secretary, Industries & Commerce, now heads the Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Department while continuing as Resident Commissioner, Haryana Bhawan, New Delhi.
Rajeev Ranjan, Principal Secretary, Labour, gets additional charge of Youth Empowerment and Entrepreneurship. Pankaj Agarwal, Chief Electoral Officer, will be Principal Secretary, Agriculture.
Amneet P Kumar will additionally serve as Secretary, Foreign Cooperation, while Mohammed Shayin adds Finance to his Housing for All portfolio.
Amit Kumar Agrawal has been shifted to Industries & Commerce, retaining IPR and Languages. Ashima Brar and CG Rajini Kaanthan receive dual charges in Finance and other departments.
Sanjeev Verma becomes Commissioner, Ambala Division, while Saket Kumar adds MD, HPGCL, and Development & Panchayats to his roles. J. Ganesan now heads HVPNL and Atul Kumar gets additional charge as Transport Commissioner.
Notably, Dusmanta Kumar Behera and Anshaj Singh were reassigned to critical portfolios in Commerce and Consumer Affairs, respectively. Yash Garg moves to SIDC, while Ashok Kumar Garg becomes CEO, Hisar Metropolitan Authority.
