314 public plaints solved at camps in Y’nagar, Jagadhri
As many as 314 complaints have been solved at Samadhan Shivirs held by the Yamunanagar-Jagadhri Municipal Corporation (MC) authorities from October22, 2024 to January 3, 2025.
During this period, 363 complaints were received at Samadhan Shivirs, however 49 complaints were still pending.
Additional Municipal Commissioner Dr Vijay Pal Yadav said every complaint coming up at Samadhan Shivirs was being taken seriously and resolved on time.
“Every complaint filed at Samadhan Shivirs is investigated seriously by officials of the MC and settled on time,” said Yadav.
He said in some cases, officials of the MC visited spot to resolve complaints. “Some complaints are very complicated. So, our officials inspect spot to solve such complaints,” said Yadav./He instructed officials of the MC to take every complaint seriously and resolve it as soon as possible. He said officials must ensure resolution of pending complaints within the stipulated time.
Municipal Commissioner Ayush Sinha said on the instructions of the Haryana Government, Samadhan Shivirs were being held on every working day at MC offices in Jagadhri and Yamunanagar.
He said Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini and Chief Secretary Dr Vivek Joshi themselves were monitoring Samadhan Shivirs held in the state through video conferencing so that complaint of each and every person was resolved.
“Our effort is to resolve complaints of citizens coming at Samadhan Shivirs as soon as possible on time,” said Sinha.
